I didn’t always live this life.
For most of my life, I didn’t trust my body — or myself.
As a teenager, I was told by a doctor that I would always be chubby, never sporty, and would never look like “the other thin girls.” That one comment shaped years of disconnection from my body and my health.
I tried to fit in instead. Unhealthy eating habits, alcohol, smoking, poor sleep, and constantly ignoring what my body actually needed. I looked like the life of the party but there wasn’t much life in me.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to belong and started listening inward.
Through lifestyle change, therapy, balanced nutrition, and movement, I rebuilt my health from the inside out — eventually losing weight, no longer needing medication, and feeling stronger than I ever had before. But more importantly, I learned something deeper:
My mind was my strongest muscle.
Training for ultra-distance races and completing self-supported endurance challenges didn’t fix me — they showed me what’s possible when mind, fuel, and body work together.
That lived experience is the foundation of how I coach today.

We focus on nourishment, hydration, recovery, and sleep to support energy levels, hormonal balance, and long-term health — adapting intake to training load, life stress, and seasonal shifts, without extremes or restriction.
