I’m Tamara — a holistic coach, ultra-distance runner, and nature-led movement guide.
I work with people who want to feel strong, grounded, and connected to their body again — not through force or rigid plans, but through a holistic approach that honours mindset, nourishment, movement, and the natural world.
My work is shaped by lived experience: rebuilding my own relationship with my body, training for ultra-distance challenges and a self-supported Ironman, and learning that real resilience is built when we work with our body, not against it.
I hold space with honesty, warmth, and clarity — meeting you where you are and supporting you to move forward in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.
