I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 7 years of experience in the field. As a passionate ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body - all enabled by nature.
With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
