A personalised digital workbook to work on your mindset, nutrition and running exercise routine.
A training plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle including running schedule, mobility and stretching exercises as well as a strength programme
30-minutes weekly online check-in on Zoom where we’ll look back on your progress but also ahead of next week and make changes to the plan (because life happens).

Hi, I'm Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach.
I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.
With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
