Why foot health matters to me
I first got into foot health because of my own struggles. Over the years, I dealt with shin pain, ankle pain, and bunions - things I thought I’d just have to live with. But when I discovered The Foot Collective’s approach and began using their tools regularly in my own mobility practice, everything changed. By focusing on restoring my natural foot shape and strength, I’ve been able to move with more ease, comfort, and confidence - on and off trails.
