Meet your coach

I’m Tamara — a holistic coach, ultra-distance runner, and nature-led movement guide.

I support people who are ready for long-term change — building strength, resilience, and self-trust through a holistic approach that integrates mindset, nourishment, movement, and time in nature.

My own journey has taken me from a disconnected relationship with my body to training for ultra-distance races and completing self-supported endurance challenges. Along the way, I learned that sustainable performance and wellbeing come from listening, adapting, and working with the body over time.
