This half-day retreat is a call to come back to your body, to the subtle wisdom of your senses, and to the present moment. Together, we’ll slow down and shift from thinking to feeling. No rushing. No performance. Just the quiet miracle of being fully here. This is a space for stillness, softness, and real presence. An invitation to return to yourself — one breath, one moment, one sense at a time.
This retreat is about slowing down, honouring your needs, and experiencing life with fresh presence. Everything is an invitation. There are no expectations. You are free to participate in the way that feels right for you.

At Return To Your Senses Retreat, I believe in nourishing body and mind with wholesome, plant-based foods. I prioritise the holistic well-being of my participants. That’s why I partnered up with the wonderful Kara who will create the most delicious and nourishing brunch.
Plant-based foods and abstaining from alcohol provide the essential nutrients and energy needed to fuel optimal health, performance, and recovery. Since the brunch will be blind-folded, it is paramount that you let me know of any intolerances or allergies at least 5 days BEFORE the retreat.

No, this is one of the rare retreats where no running is involved.

There’s plenty of parking on the roads surrounding the Bad Hand Studio at the triangle.
There are also two car parks only 2 minutes walking distance from the venue.

Hi, I'm Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach
I'm an accredited Hypnotherapist, Nutritionist and UESCA certified Ultra Run Coach with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the importance of connecting with nature and the profound connection between the mind and body.
My holistic approach to health has taught me to awaken my inner alchemist. Through the grounding energy of trail running, the nourishing power of plant-based foods and the profound insights of hypnotherapy, I learned to connect with my true self and the natural world around me.
Working and running with all of nature’s elements - earth, air, fire and water - has helped me to unlock my full potential and transform to better version of myself. I aim to inspire others to discover their inner alchemist and support them on their transformative journey of self-discovery and growth with the help of connecting with nature.
