Join my unique Trails & Twilight event at Happy River in Wareham. Unwind on an easy and slow ~5 km trail run on the Sika Trails, followed by The Forest Sauna and cold plunge and delicious, plant-based dinner. If the weather allows, we’ll light a fire and have nice conversations around the fire pit at twilight. These evenings take place during full moon week so the trails will be illuminated and there’s a chance for you to do a full moon ritual at the fire pit if you like.

Schedule overview:
6:15 - 7 PM: Trail Run (~5 km; if you’ve done a park run, you’ll be absolutely fine)
7 - 7:45 PM: Forest Sauna & cold plunge and jungle shower
7:45 - 9:00 PM: Supper & fire pit (dinner will either be served outdoors if the weather allows or we’ll be indoors in the beautiful Happy River barn).

This trail run is optional. If you don’t feel like running on the day, you don’t have to come along and can relax in the venue.

We'll be going on a slow and steady trail run together.
This run is optional. You don’t have to join if you don’t feel like running on the day.

Regardless of the weather, the Trails & Twilight evenings will go ahead. We can go for a trail run in the rain since the terrain is safe in Wareham forest.
The dinner will be served inside the Happy River barn in case of cold or rainy weather.
So we'll be cosy, warm and dry.

Plant-based foods and abstaining from alcohol provide the essential nutrients and energy needed to fuel optimal performance and recovery, promoting endurance and vitality for our runners.

Do I have to be a runner or ultra runner to join the retreat?
- No, you don’t have to be a seasoned or a fast runner. Everybody is welcome. However, the focus of this workshop and the activities are about running and yoga. Perhaps you're interested in getting into running and want to meet like-minded people? Then come join us.
Are we going to run during the workshop?
- Yes, we’ll be going or a slow and steady 5 km trail run in the Wareham forest. This run is specifically designed for beginners.
Is the food included in the price?
- Yes, plant-based snacks and lunch are included.
What if I don’t have a yoga mat?
-No worries at all. Simply drop me and email because I’ve gos some spare ones.Is parking allowed at the venue?
- Yes, there are enough parking spots available for free.
What is this health check form that I have to fill out online?
- After booking your spot, you'll receive a confirmation email with the payment information and a link to a health check form. This form can be easily filled in online and is mandatory to join the workshop. It contains a few questions about your general health and dietary requirements just making sure that you're healthy and that you'll have a fantastic experience at the workshop.
What happens if I have to cancel?

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.
With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
