A two-hour workshop for anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body. This is an empowering reset — a space to reconnect with how your body moves, how your breath supports you, and how daily choices (like hydration and nutrition) influence how you feel.
Expect mindful guidance, practical tools, and a supportive atmosphere — with plenty of space to learn, explore, and leave feeling grounded.
All levels welcome. No experience needed.
A half-day Samhain retreat to slow down, reconnect, and return to your senses — held in the heart of the New Forest.
Through gentle meditation, sensory practices, time in nature, sauna, and nourishing food, this experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a quieter, more grounded way of being.

Trail Run & Sauna & Supper
Trails & Twilight is a relaxed, seasonally aligned evening experience combining an easy trail run, forest sauna, and a nourishing supper.
We’ll move gently on the trails, then slow right down — warming up, sharing food, and reconnecting with nature and community around a firepit as twilight settles in.
This is about presence, connection, and mindful movement — not pace or performance.
