Mobility for Miles Classes at Patch Bournemouth
The key to better movement, less pain, and greater freedom starts with your feet. Whether you’re walking, running, lifting, or climbing, the better your feet function, the better you perform.
In these classes, we’ll focus on foot, ankle, and hip mobility, balance work, and natural movement – all in a fun, relaxed way. No equipment needed – just come as you are, straight from your desk, move, reset, and get back to work feeling refreshed.
If you experience shin pain, tight calves, achy knees, low arches, or bunions – this class might just be what your body’s been asking for. Small, consistent changes in how we move can make a big difference. While I can’t promise a cure, I know from personal experience—and many others—that improving foot mobility and strength can make a big difference. Plus, we’ll have fun in a small group setting, with exercises you can do solo or with a partner.

Hi, I’m Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach. I'm a certified ultra running coach, nutritionist, and movement specialist with a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger from the ground up. After personally overcoming shin and foot pain by adding mobility work and transitioning to minimalist footwear, I trained with The Foot Collective and became part of their Pro Directory. I now bring this evidence-informed, playful, and empowering approach to others through my Mobility for Miles classes.
