Whether you're new to running or simply looking for a relaxed way to move, this is for you. As a UESCA-certified run coach, Tamara will guide you through form tips, mobility work and mindful movement - so you leave feeling good, not drained.
This class is perfect for beginners, beach joggers, and anyone who loves a gentle start to the day. Mums with buggies and friendly dogs are very welcome too!

The classes take place every Tuesday at 10 AM. In case the weather shouldn’t be suitable, you’ll receive an email on Monday evening before 8 pm.
£9 per class
