Meet your hosts
Tamara Miller - Holistic Movement Coach
I’m Tamara – the founder of MindFuelBody and a holistic movement coach, nutritionist, hypnotherapist, and ultra-endurance athlete.
My work sits at the intersection of movement, mindset, nervous system regulation, and nourishment. I support people through periods of change in their lives and bodies — helping them move from confusion and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and trust.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating injury, burnout, major life transitions, and hormonal change. Again and again, I’ve seen how deeply perimenopause and menopause can impact not just the body, but identity, confidence, and our relationship with ourselves.
This workshop was created because I believe menopause deserves more than “just getting on with it.” It deserves understanding, compassion, practical tools, and space to be human.
My approach is holistic and grounded — blending education with embodied practices such as gentle strength and mobility work, guided meditation, and mindset tools — always with the aim of helping people feel safe, supported, and at home in their bodies again.
