A personal note from me
I created MindFuelBody: A Year in Rhythm as a distillation of professional knowledge and lived experience.
Years ago, I began living in a more holistic, nature-aligned way — paying attention to rhythm rather than rules. Over time, my body responded. I regained my menstrual cycle, restored my thyroid health, lost 19 kg, and built the resilience to become an ultra trail runner and complete an Ironman.
More importantly than any outcome, I learned how deeply the body and emotions respond when we stop forcing and start listening.
Through my work in mindset, nutrition, movement, and nervous system support, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: people don’t lack discipline — they lack guidance that honours how bodies actually function across seasons.
