Poles Technique Workshop

This Poles Technique Workshop is for everyone who’s struggling to pack and use poles on the run efficiently. After this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be able to mastering pole usage on your trail running adventures.

Join me for an immersive session where we'll cover everything from storing poles in your backpack to the optimal techniques for using them during uphill and downhill runs.

  • Warm-up run on the trails

  • The terrain will be on grass and gravel. It’s an easy terrain - perfect to train up- & down-hills using your poles

  • Do I have to be a fast and experienced runner or ultra runner to join the workshop?

    - No, you don’t have to be a seasoned runner. Everybody is welcome. This workshop is perfect for you if you want to learn how to use poles on the trails and improve your up- and downhill running.

    What if it’ll rain on the workshop day?

    -The workshop will still take place. Please make sure to wear waterproof clothes and appropriate trail running shoes.

    Where can I park?

    - Yes, there are enough parking spots around Corfe Castle.

    What is this health check form that I have to fill out online?

    - After booking your spot, you'll receive a confirmation email with the payment information and a link to a health check form. This form can be easily filled in online and is mandatory to join the workshop. It contains a few questions about your general health and dietary requirements just making sure that you're healthy and that you'll have a fantastic experience at the workshop.

    What happens if I have to cancel?
