On 1st September, we’ll start our 12-week programme to get ready for our 10 KM run starting at Hengistbury Head to Boscombe Pier. We’ll enter and finish as a group at the Bournemouth Coastal 10K event.

This 12-week training programme starts from 0 km and is open to all levels. We’ll train together with a clear plan, check in via online group calls, and meet for optional in-person training runs along the way. You’ll be supported every step to the finish line.

 

What’s included:

✅ General 10K training plan (starting from 0 km)
✅ Simple nutrition guidance to support your running
✅ 30-min bi-weekly group Zoom check-ins for accountability and connection
✅ Group entry coordination for the Bournemouth Coastal 10K
✅ Optional: Join our group for training runs together
✅ Optional upgrade: Personalised training & nutrition plan

  • There’s no such thing as being too slow for this group. Truly. The MindFuelBody Team is about community, encouragement, and moving at your pace — not racing anyone else's. Whether you’re walk-running, jogging, or just building confidence with every step, you’ll be fully supported. We’re here to enjoy the journey together, not rush it.

Hi, I'm Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach.

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.

With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
