Why start From The Ground Up:

Your feet are your body’s foundation. When they’re strong, mobile, and connected, every movement above them benefits. But modern life — tight shoes, hard floors, and long hours of sitting — often weakens this foundation. Over time, small imbalances can ripple through the body, affecting posture, gait, and energy.

This coaching experience helps you rebuild your foundation with practical, mindful movement — combining science, awareness, and daily integration.

Why natural foot health, mobility, and restoration matter:

Your feet are not just the base of your body — they’re an intricate system of 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments, designed for movement, adaptability, and sensation. When we support them to move naturally, we unlock the body’s ability to find balance, strength, and flow again.

Modern footwear and insoles, though well-intentioned, often do the opposite — restricting motion, weakening muscles, and reducing sensory feedback. Over time, this can lead to flat arches, bunions, plantar fasciitis, knee and hip pain, and even back discomfort. Natural foot health is about restoring what’s already within you — the ability to move with strength and awareness, to feel the ground beneath you, and to let your body do what it was designed to do.

My story - Why I created this offering:

For years, I struggled with flat arches, bunions, and recurring shin and Achilles pain. I was told I needed rigid orthotics to “correct” my feet — but the more I relied on them, the weaker and more uncomfortable my feet became.

It wasn’t until I started exploring natural foot health with The Foot Collective and mobility that everything changed. By taking small, mindful steps — learning to move barefoot, rebuilding strength in my arches, and gradually transitioning to minimalist shoes — my pain began to fade. My bunion softened, my arches lifted, and the tightness in my shins and calves disappeared. Most importantly, I felt connected to my body again — grounded, stable, and free.

This journey inspired me to create Holistic Foot & Mobility Coaching — a personalised way to guide others through the same process of rebuilding trust and strength from the foundation.

  • Not at all. This coaching is for everyone who wants to move more freely and comfortably in their body — whether you’re on your feet all day, recovering from discomfort, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more grounded.

  • You’ll receive a booking confirmation email with next steps, including a link to your Health Check Form and your invitation to join our Heylo community chat.


    I’ll then get in touch to arrange your initial 30-minute consultation call and we’ll start building your personalised plan from there.

  • Very little! Most exercises use your bodyweight and a small amount of floor space.
    Occasionally, I might recommend simple tools such as a towel or tennis ball, toe spreaders, or resistance bands — but these are optional and inexpensive.

  • Yes — this work is gentle, progressive, and always adapted to your needs.
    We’ll focus on building awareness, mobility, and strength without pushing through pain.


    If you’re under medical care or unsure about specific limitations, please consult your GP or physiotherapist before starting (see disclaimer below).

    I’ll meet you exactly where you are, guide you step-by-step, and make sure each session feels achievable and empowering.

  • Everyone’s journey is different, but most people start to feel subtle improvements — like better balance, awareness, and comfort — within a few weeks.


    Because this is a 3-month journey, you’ll have the time and support to make meaningful, lasting progress.

  • You can book additional single 30-minute sessions (£45 each) for ongoing guidance or accountability.

    Many clients also transition into other MindFuelBody offerings such as run coaching, mobility classes, or retreats.

    Or you’re also welcome to book another 3-months journey again.

  • At the moment, this coaching is offered online — but I also host in-person workshops in Dorset.

    You’ll also learn how to transition safely and recognise what healthy footwear should feel like.

    If you’re a runner, we’ll also do a gait analysis.

Hi, I'm Tamara - The MindFuelBody Coach.

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 7 years of experience in the field. I’m also a member of The Foot Collective Pro Directory.

As a passionate ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body - all enabled by nature.
