Take charge of your body – and your life

Imagine this…

You wake up and your body feels light, mobile, and free. No stiffness holding you back, no mystery aches stealing your energy. You move with confidence because you finally understand how your body works – and you’ve got the tools to keep it resilient for years to come.

That’s what Resilient Bodies Through Movement is all about.

This isn’t another lecture, and it’s not just another fitness class. It’s a 4-hour immersive experience led by two experts, bringing together clinical knowledge and holistic coaching.

Holistic run coach Tamara and Chiropractor Caroline will guide you through the world of biomechanics, stress, and movement – combining science with practice, and layering in the often-overlooked elements of mindset and nutrition. You’ll learn why your body moves (and sometimes hurts) the way it does, and then feel the difference through guided mobility and practical exercises you can take home.

Whether you want to prevent injuries, release stress, or simply feel stronger in your everyday life, this workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to take charge of your body.
