What you’ll get
In-person 1:1 running technique session to help you optimise your form, improve efficiency, and prevent injuries.
Assessment of your current running form, identifying areas for improvement, and providing tailored drills and exercises to help you enhance your technique.
You’ll learn how to move with greater ease and efficiency, allowing you to run stronger and faster while minimising the risk of injury.
Both session types, road and trail running, also cover up- and downhill drills.
The trail running session also covers the usage of your gear; such as poles and how to secure them on your running vest, how to pack your bag-pack light and comfortably, etc.
Duration & location:
Road running session: 1 hour, along Bournemouth beach
Trail running session: 2 hours, location will be determined based on your goals; i.e. Jurassic Coast, Wareham Forest, New Forest

Road running session: £60 (1 hr)

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and accredited hypnotherapist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.
