Parenting can feel like a whirlwind of meals, routines, and responsibilities. But what if the everyday moments - sharing food, moving together, and talking openly - could become the foundation for deeper connection with your child?

Parenting can feel like a whirlwind of meals, routines, and responsibilities. But what if the everyday moments - sharing food, moving together, and talking openly - could become the foundation for deeper connection with your child?

Ticket:

This is not your typical “sit and listen” workshop. We’ll laugh, move, and explore together as we discover how food, mindset, and exercise can become powerful tools for connection. Walk away with inspiration, resources, and ready-to-use ideas that make healthy living not just possible - but enjoyable - for both parents and kids.

Join Lucy Barrie and Tamara Miller for their interactive workshop at Patch Bournemouth on Saturday, 6th December 2025 (10 –11:15 AM).

They will be emphasising why diet is so important for children to regulate their nervous system and the impact this has on their emotional regulation- particularly those children who are neurodivergent. Lucy will explore ways your child can add their own sparkle to meals to encourage meal times to be inclusive to your child’s desires.

It’s about creating routines that strengthen family bonds. Here I'd like to touch on how finding the right movement inspires confidence- my journey with movement as a child to now.
