Making Moves - Pilates & Step Challenge

Making Moves is an incredible 14-Day Challenge that will transform your fitness routine and create lasting healthy habits.

We'll be combining Pilates and walking or running to bring you amazing results. 

Over the course of two weeks, you’ll enjoy 3 Pilates sessions per week and a totally achievable daily step goal.
