About the Challenge

Making Moves is an incredible 14 Day Challenge that will transform your fitness routine and create lasting healthy habits.

We'll be combining Pilates and walking or running to bring you amazing results. 

Over the next two weeks, you’ll enjoy 3 Pilates sessions per week and a totally achievable daily step goal. 

I'm teaming up with Amanda to bring you the most energising Summer Challenge ever! 

We know the Summer holidays are a very busy time so the workouts are short and easy to fit in around family time and busy schedules.

BONUS: You’ll get the opportunity to join two Mindful Morning Run Classes for FREE! We meet between Bournemouth and Boscombe on Tuesdays at 6 pm and go for a mindful 5 km run followed by an optional sea dip and chat at our beach hut.
