Discover the transformative power of hypnotherapy combined with the serenity of the sea at our weekly "Waves of Reflection" sessions in beautiful Bournemouth.
Schedule in the WINTER months:
Guided Visualisation (20 minutes): Start your day with a calming, 20-minute guided visualisation designed to help you relax, focus, and connect with your inner self.
Journaling: Following the visualisation, you’ll receive printed journaling pages to capture your thoughts, reflections, and insights. This is a time for personal growth and self-discovery.
When: Every Wednesday, beginning at 6:30 am on Zoom.
Where: Zoom - you will receive the Zoom link after you have booked your session.
What to bring and wear: Find a quiet and comfortable, safe space where you can lie down and simply relax. Also, have a paper/journal and a pen ready. If you like, take a hot drink with you.

Please note that bookings after 6 pm on Tuesdays will be considered for the next week and not the following day. By booking your place, you accept the terms & conditions. Plus you’ll receive my weekly Mindful Monday Morning Mail covering practical tips on mindset, nutrition and exercise.

Schedule in the SUMMER months:
When: Every Wednesday, beginning at 6:30 am.
Where: Bournemouth Beach if it’s raining (specific meeting point provided upon registration).
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a journal (optional, as pages will be provided), a yoga mat to towel to sit on and swimwear for the optional sea dip and a hot drink.
Optional Sea Dip: After the session, take a refreshing dip in the sea. The session will end at 7:15 AM.
