As with every kind of coaching or therapy, the rapport between the participant and coach is an important deciding factor on how successful the outcomes will be. In order to get to know each other a bit better, I offer a free consultation call so we can talk about your goals, fears, worries and any question you might have about hypnotherapy or working with me.

Plus you’ll receive my weekly Mindful Monday Morning Mail with practical tips on mindset, nutrition and exercise.

Your investment:

  • Initial consultation including a relaxation session: 50 min - £60

  • Block booking of 4 sessions: Each 50 min - £240

  • Block booking of 6 sessions: Each 50 min - £360

  • Individual relaxation session: 30 min - £30

Location:

  • In-person: The sessions either take place in my treatment room in Wareham or in your house upon request. Depending on where you live, there might apply an extra cost for the journey. This will be discussed and agreed in our consultation call.

  • Online: I also offer hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom.
