An unforgettable weekend designed for women who want to connect with nature, build lasting sisterhood and gain confidence in the outdoors.
Join Tamara for an unforgettable weekend designed for women who want to connect with nature, build lasting sisterhood and gain confidence in the outdoors. This small, intimate group setting nestled in the heart of Wareham Forest at the gorgeous Happy River Retreat, fosters a supportive environment where you can bond with like-minded women, share experiences and support each other.
Whether you're new to trail running or simply looking to explore the beauty of the outdoors, this retreat offers a nurturing space to discover the trails with other women. With gentle trail runs of no more than 5 km and a scenic hike up to 10 km, every activity is optional and tailored to be inclusive and accessible for all levels. We'll always stick together and no one will be left behind. My workshops will explore all things trail running; i.e. nutrition, mindset and how to train with your natural rhythm - whether you're syncing with your cycle or navigating perimenopause and menopause. I warmly encourage women of all ages to join this retreat. There’s so much we can learn from each other, inspire one another and create a supportive sisterhood that transcends generations.
This full MindFuelBody experience also includes guided meditations, mobility workshops and the revitalizing power of sauna and cold plunge to refresh both body and mind. Enjoy nourishing vegan meals provided by the incredible chef Kara Hayward, crafted to fuel our adventure and keep you energized.
All activities will be guided by Tamara, an experienced and certified ultra trail run coach, nutritionist and hypnotherapist, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need every step of the way.

Meet your host
Hello, I’m Tamara - a certified run coach, nutritionist and hypnotherapist but more importantly, someone who truly believes in the magic of the outdoors and the power of sisterhood. I’ve created the Sole Sisters Trail Weekend as a space where women can come together, move with joy and reconnect with themselves in nature - without pressure, without expectations, just pure connection and adventure.
This weekend is about embracing nature, moving in a way that feels good and surrounding yourself with like-minded women in a supportive and uplifting environment. Whether you're new to trail running or simply seeking time to reconnect with yourself, you’ll leave feeling empowered, refreshed and deeply connected - to the trails, to the sisterhood and to your own strength.
