What I pack for a 3 day fastpacking trip
Fastpacking is a combination of trail running and camping. Thus, key is to pack as ultralight as possible because you’ll be carrying everything while running. Sounds fun, right? :D
Here’s a break-down:
Nutrition (I won’t put any numbers behind the food because everyone has different requirements and needs and it all depends on how far you run, on what terrain, etc. - I want to avoid that people simply pack the exact same amount without knowing what they’re doing)
