The concept is simple and yet effective: Being mentally connected with our body and movement. The best part: You’ll be part of a community of like-minded people who enjoy an easy morning run along the beach together.

How it works:
We’ll meet at our beach hut in the mornings to drop off our belongings.
We’ll focus on one specific form element to improve on each run; i.e. head position, arm swing, etc.
We’ll go for a slow and steady 5km run along the beach - being mindful of the specific form element. I’ll help you to correct your form on the run.
Depending on the weather conditions, the pace will be slow and steady (7-7:30 km/h / 4-4:30 mph).
Once we get back to the beach hut, you can either head home or you can stay for another 30 minutes to chat, have a warm drink and join me for a sea dip.
You’ll get access to our community chat on the free and safe app Geneva.
Location: Beach Hut between Boscombe and Bournemouth pier (exact location will be shared on Discord)
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 AM, Sundays at 7 AM

Absolutely not. This is a group for people who would just started running or a seasoned runner and want to improve their running form.
All our runs will be easy, slow and mindful. No one will be left behind.

In a nutshell:
Easy, steady, slow run on the pavement along the beach

Pace: 7-7:30 km/h, 4-4:30 mph
We’ll be running regardless of the weather

We’ll be focusing on a different form element on every run to slowly and surely improve our running economy.
I’ll be teaching you how to improve certain elements; i.e. head position, arm swings, stride, etc.

You don’t have to stay for the sea dip or a chat after the run. It’s totally optional to stay another 30 minutes if you like.

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in the field. As a passionate plant-based ultra trail runner myself, I specialise in empowering individuals to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that emphasises the profound connection between the mind and body.
With a strong passion and focus on running, I am committed to helping runners of all levels unlock their full potential. Through mindful coaching and nutritional guidance, I aim to inspire others to discover the transformative power of running not just as a physical activity, but as a journey of self-discovery and growth.
