Are you looking for a supportive morning run group in Bournemouth led by a UESCA-certified running coach? Then join my Mindful Morning Run Classes in Bournemouth.

Mindful Morning Run & Mobility & Sea Dip

Are you looking for a supportive morning run group in Bournemouth led by a UESCA-certified running coach? Then join my Mindful Morning Run Classes in Bournemouth.

How it works:

Mindful Morning Run Class in Bournemouth
  • We’ll meet at our beach hut in the mornings to drop off our belongings.

  • We’ll focus on one specific form element to improve on each run; i.e. head position, arm swing, etc.

  • We’ll go for a slow and steady 5 km run (45 min) along the beach - being mindful of the specific form element. I’ll help you to correct your form on the run.

  • Depending on the weather conditions, the pace will be slow and steady (7-7:30 km/h / 4-4:30 mph).

  • Once we get back to the beach hut, you can either head home or you can stay for another 30 minutes to chat, have a warm drink and join me for a sea dip.

  • You’ll get access to our community chat on the free and safe app Heylo.

Location: Beach Hut between Boscombe and Bournemouth pier (exact location will be shared on Discord)

When: The classes are bi-weekly on Tuesdays at…

  • 7 - 8 AM (Run & mobility; if you stay for a sea dip and tea, you’re welcome to stay until 8:30 AM)

  • 10 - 11 AM (Run & mobility; if you stay for a sea dip and tea, you’re welcome to stay until 11:30 AM)

How to book a class:

  • Once you have purchased a pass via this website, you’ll receive a confirmation email and access to our community chat on Heylo. There’ll you’ll find all the upcoming Mindful Morning Run Classes and can select which ones you’d like to join. Simple as that.

  • You can also have a look at the events calendar on this website to see when the classes are scheduled. It’ll always be on a Tuesday twice a month.
