Carrot-Hummus Recipe

Hands down: I am not a chef - that’s for sure. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t know how to cook or don’t enjoy it. For me personally my meals have to be delicious, healthy, and quick & easy to prepare. Also, what’s puts me off the traditional cooking books is that they mostly list so many ingredients and spices that are simply not available in a normal supermarket. Thus, I keep my recipes clean, simple and affordable. Here’s one of my favourite recipes I designed myself: A delicious and nutritious carrot-hummus.
