Live Online Masterclasses: Learn from the Comfort: The course contains three comprehensive online live masterclasses, designed to equip you with essential trail running skills. From understanding the right gear in your kit list to mastering nutrition and hydration strategies, we cover it all. You'll also learn how to confidently plan and create your own running routes. All masterclasses will be available in my exclusive online portal.

Guided Trail Runs: Experience the beauty of Dorset’s trails: Put theory into practice with three guided trail runs on Sunday mornings, each around 5 km. Explore the lush trails of Wareham Forest, the historic landscapes of The New Forest, and the breathtaking views along the Jurassic Coast. These runs are not about building stamina; they're about connecting with the environment and like-minded individuals. I’ll also have some nourishing, plant-based snacks ready for you after our run.

Ideal for Beginners: Whether you're hesitant about running solo or simply looking for companions who share your passion for outdoor adventures, this course is perfect for you. If you have run 5 km on a flat path before and want to take it off road, you’re exactly at the right place.   • Guided trail runs: Sunday mornings, ~9:00 - 11:30 am: 7th + 14th + 21st July 2024

    I’m committed to providing a fulfilling and enjoyable learning experience through this 3-week trail run beginner course. I understand that everyone's journey into trail running is unique, and it's important that you feel confident and happy with your progress.

    Should you find after the first week that the course isn't the right fit for you, you have the option to withdraw. If you decide to drop out at this stage, you will receive a full refund for the remaining two weeks. This policy is designed to ensure that you can make the best decision for your needs without any stress.

  • This course is for trail running beginners. The only requirement is that you have run 5 km on a flat path beforehand.

  • I’ve planned the routes carefully keeping in mind that they’re accessible by car and public transport. Also, we’ll be able to organise car sharing on Discord if someone needs a lift.

  • Do I have to be a runner or ultra runner to join the course?

    - No, you don’t have to be a seasoned runner. Everybody is welcome. However, this course is specifically designed for people who have no or little experience in running on trails.

    What’s the pace like on the guided trail runs?

    - We’ll be going slow on the guided trail runs. No one will be left behind. The beauty of trail running is that we run and hike.

    Is food included in the price?

    - No, please make sure to bring your own snacks, post run fuel and water to the guided trail runs.

    What is this health check form that I have to fill out online?

    - After booking your spot, you'll receive a confirmation email with the payment information and a link to a health check form. This form can be easily filled in online and is mandatory to join the workshop. It contains a few questions about your general health and dietary requirements just making sure that you're healthy and that you'll have a fantastic experience at the workshop.

    What happens if I cancel?

    - If you cancel for any reason within the first week, please contact me and you’ll receive a full refund of the remaining 2 weeks of the course. My email is: tam@mindfuelbody.com

This is an example trail run course that we’ll be running. You’ll also receive the course map and details as a gpx file so you can upload it to your Strava, Garmin, etc.

I'm a UESCA certified ultra run coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in the field.
