So what is fastpacking you might ask yourself? Fastpacking is a combination of trail running and ultralight backpacking. In other words, I pack my backpack with food, hydration including tent, sleeping bag, etc. so I can run and camp outside for 3 days. Usually, my backpack will weight around 11 kg. And yes, I run and hike the trails with it ;) More info to follow in a separate blog post.
