Proud to join the Into Ultra Coaching Team

Into Ultra is more than an ultra-running charity. It’s a values-led organisation built on the belief that endurance sport can be a powerful tool for healing, confidence, and transformation — especially when access, finances, or life circumstances might otherwise stand in the way.

Their mission is to remove barriers and open doors. By pairing runners with carefully selected coaches, Into Ultra supports people stepping into trail and ultra running in a way that prioritises wellbeing, sustainability, and trust over performance alone. Every runner is met where they are, with clear communication, shared expectations, and genuine care at the centre of the process.

This mission resonates deeply with me — because I know what it feels like to carry a dream but not be able to chase it due to finances or circumstance. I know how heavy it can feel to want something that seems just out of reach.

Ultra trail running has changed my life in every aspect for the better. It’s shaped my resilience, my confidence, my relationship with my body, and the way I move through the world. It’s given me perspective, purpose, and a sense of belonging I didn’t know I was missing.

That’s why I’m incredibly proud and grateful to have been invited to join Into Ultra as a coach. To be trusted by a charity that aligns so closely with my own values — personalised coaching, holistic training, and deep respect for the individual — truly means a lot.

Becoming part of the Into Ultra coaching team feels like a natural extension of my work and my journey. It’s my way of giving back, and of supporting others to access the life-changing power of the trails — not just as runners, but as humans.
