What I packed for my 100 km Ultra Trail Run

Going into my first 100 km Ultra Trail Run Challenge, it was interesting and a bit of a guessing game what to pack, especially hydration and nutrition wise. I knew what I approximately ate and drank per hour from my past ultras but a 100 km challenge is a different beast. So here’s what I packed to the best of my knowledge. The following list is in addition to what I was wearing at the start which was: 2 short sleeve shirts, 1 long sleeve shirt, shorts, socks, my beloved Speedgoat 4 Hoka One One Trail Run shoes, a buff and my poles.

General must-have kit list

  • First Aid Kit
